Esclera Eyeball Cushion

Crocheted eyeball cushion, wrapped in red organza like a bonbon. Iris and pupil are worked in concentric rounds of red and dark yarn, with pink thread spokes and hand-stitched red veins across the white. Two pearl-pink beads sit in the pupil as highlights.

The wrap is removable. Tied with satin ribbon at both ends, it makes a trick-or-treat sweet. Take it off and the eye sits on its own as a round cushion.
