All pieces at Foxxie Store are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Each item is individually handmade and prepared with care.

  • Processing time varies depending on the piece

Worldwide Shipping

Foxxie Store ships worldwide.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over 100€

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders (outside the EU):

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your country
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Foxxie Store has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount

By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable import costs.

Shipping Times (Estimates)

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking information will be provided where available

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Foxxie Store is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect address input

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Not being collected
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or returned packages.
