Anatomy meets art, the Lungs Corset is an upcycled stitched-open glimpse inside the body, where every, vein, and branching bronchi is tangled in yarn and intention. It’s not just clothing; it’s a wearable dissection, delicate and disturbing all at once.
Design Complexity:
Sculpted Lungs: The lungs are hand-crocheted and shaped to mimic real bronchi and veins, branching out in raw, organic detail.
Corset Structure: Size S. Tightly constructed to cinch and shape, with the anatomical pieces layered across the chest for maximum impact.
Raw Edges: Bits left imperfect on purpose, frayed threads and exposed joins add to that “still alive” feeling.
Materials: Acrylic yarn and cotton yarn. Handmade in a smoke-free studio.
